To make it look decent (not sure that's the proper term when speaking of a naked santa with manboobs and two penii that shoots "christmas present") under Spring , I would have to make an actual 3d model this time. And that would takes way too much work that I'm prepared to do for a joke unit. Not to mention I'm pretty sure I'm too unskilled in modelling and texxing to achieve human looking models.

Sadly, no:
The Naked Santa is a sprite based, 2D unit. This is what made it so easy to create. But it's only possible because TA had a fixed view. In Spring the camera is fully rotatable. So you would see the Santa is flat. Plus Spring doesn't have the transparent texture color, so you wouldn't even see a cardoard cut figure, but instead an uncut cardboard figure.
