@cuff1957 and now they are trying to put everyone out of bisness thats just wrong and like any other thing if the cod fish poulation gets to hight hen the things they eat will start to go down like the sand eels and lobsters so you cant let there be an ocean full of cod
@cuff1957 because ive been fishing my whole life and so hasnt my grandfather and you are right there whernt many fish in the 90's and nmfs made all the regulations and promised once the fish came back they would let the fishermen harvest them and that they where the fishermens friend well they did that and the fish came back so much so that you make a ten minute tow and you get 4,000 pounds of cod fish
@cuff1957 For a pretty long time i think wait so im just wondering do you live on the water or have you ever gone dragging? or do you just listen to the enviormental groups?
so how long do you think you and thousands of boats can keep dragging the bottom, gill netting etc how many tuna, and codfish and halibut are going to be left at this pace with all this fishing technology they havent got a chance.
FUCK you people it doesnt destroy the bottom when your towing on sand so its liek a desert for one and for two when you only have 20 days a year to fish you dont have time for long lines so dont call them greedy i ahte people who dont know what theya re talking about
they should ban long lineing i think that would reduce alot of damage harpooning doesn't seem to be hurting anything except when they use planes
