This is a project I had to do for my "editing styles and techniques" class. For this film, we had to use found footage, and ONLY found footage, and it needed to be around 3 minutes. For many of the examples we watched, I found it very interesting how some found footage films take a totally different angle than you might expect, and I really wanted that to come across with this film. Besides feeling very strongly about the material, I also wanted it to be as poignant as possible in the three minutes I was allowed.
