Yes a Muslim should forbid what is wrong, but there is a way of doing it. Allah said in the Qur’an 16:125 "“Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance.“ But that dosen't mean you have the authority to judge someone. Like what you did, you called Yasir Qadhi a Kafir. You have no right to judge him.

Allah said in Surah Ali Imran: كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ
This ayah indicates that the nation of Prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu ^alayhi wasalam is the best because they promote Allah's orders, and forbid the bad, deviated things
