This video is a collection of pics that I have of scenes that I have responded to over the years as a paramedic in Florida and Michigan. They were taken by numerous individuals and obtained via the public domain on the internet.
The first set of pics is of the Jerome Township Fire Department (MI) apparatus and an EMS rig from the Mid Michigan Regional Hospital Emergency Medical Services. The pic segway into the Pasco County Fire Department (Station 22-A "The Double Deuce Ranch") starting with a serious injury accident involving a school bus with multiple casualties, then a tanker fire on US Hwy 41 north of FL State Route 52 on to a brush fire and a couple of structure fires.
The film then moves over to Polk County (FL) where in January 2008 the Polk County Fire Department and Polk County EMS responded to a multiple casualty incident involving dozens of vehicles including numerous tractor trailers as well as passenger vehicles. As you can see numerous vehicles were destroyed by not only the collisions but were burned beyond recognition as to make and model. Sadly, numerous people were critically injured in this incident and a number of fatalities resulted from it as well. Interstate 4 was closed for weeks as it had to be removed and replaced due to the damage to the roadbed.
We finish in Sunstar country, Pinellas County, Florida with a rather nasty looking truck v. mini-van MVA. Believe it or not, the driver of this vehicle WALKED AWAY uninjured.

The opening aparatus are the Fire Department in Jerome Twp., (Sanford, near Midland, MI), then starting with the bus crash goes to Pasco County, FL (north of Tampa), then beginning with the Interstate 4 accident the filming is Polk County, FL, (also north and east of Tampa, FL). The last few pics are in Pinellas County, FL (St. Petersburg/Clearwater area).
