The Show was good. Our Band is a bit smaller then yours. We are also playing James bond. We have only one trumpet but we sound good still. Come and watch our show. type Hopatcong, NJ Marching Band and watch us.

it wasn't sousaphone . . . it was an over-the-shoulder tuba . . . i built a lot of arm strength this year

hey...im a tuba player for the north hall marching trojan band. and we use thoise tubas as well. they are referred to as corp tubas because the drum corps use them. we are doing a james bond show and a spanish fiesta show this year, 2007. four years ago our band was very small. about 30 members. but now its near 100, and all thanks to our band director going on his 4th year with us. good show, by what i can see.

I know the corps tubas you're talking about, but the ones we use are actually concert tubas that convert to marching tubas. I believe the corps tuba goes on the left shoulder, but this one goes on the right . . .
