  • @MikeHF The Flip is "To love somebody"

  • is the flip side of this an instrumental version?

  • lovely music, just as Roxy Music and Wilson Picket!

  • This made the Top 10 in Detroit. A great version of a classic. It had everyone dancing.

  • As far as I can remember this was a top 30 hit in U.K. at the time. Still a great sound and dance track. Can't remember if 'To love somebody" or 'Take me for a little while" was on the B-side both great versions. I think they were all ex-Ikettes but couldn't use that name because Ike Turner owned the name. Thanks jimmytheferret . I love U-tube when I find this stuff.

  • super soul

  • I threw a party in 1968 and played this record over and over. The party goers told me to change it after 20 times! It's on hit! Off the hook! Gilbert, Los Angeles, California

  • Yep, great version

  • bravo! good sound!

  • Whoooo great version,fab
