It's a parody of another commercial where a guy is standing in the desert and a woman stops to ask him what kind of jeans he's wearing, then takes off without offering him a ride. (I can't remember the brand - maybe Jordace or Guess.) She's leaving the dummy behind because he doesn't wear a safety belt.
