@kangaroojonathan lol i agree not everything is Cesar Millan stuff xD sure he can lay on top, as long as he knows you is the boss! my 2 siberian huskies dont dare to growl at me, but they sleep in my bed and stuff so nothing's wrong with that, just pull the rope in the exact right tensions and they follow

He is right. Letting a dog lay on top of you or above you gives him dominance. The leader always gets the higher ground. The same with letting a dog eat before or at the same time as you, letting him go through a door first, and walking ahead of you.
