Fun fact: Baby Doll's VA in "The New Batman Adventures", Laraine Newman, was also the voice of Charity Bazaar and Miss Information in "Histeria!" I mention that because Baby Doll's voice sounds like a combination of those two characters' voices.
Oh, and this particular promo is specifically advertising the episode "Love is a Croc" (aired July 11, 1998).
