ART - Cosfest VII 2008 'Hare Hare Yukai'

I apologise for the low quality, I ran this vid through WMM twice.

Cosfest is an annual event held in Singapore. This year, it was on July 5 and 6.

It was my first time attending and the excitement and energy really blew me away. There were booths selling everything from figures to custom bookmarks. But of course, the best part were the cosplayers.

I really had a blast taking pictures with the various cosplayers. My hat is off to them for putting the time and effort into creating the costumes. Their passion, something I definitely admire, was amazing.

Some of the best cosplayers, from my point of view, were the characters from Haruhi, Code Geass, lucky star, Shugo Chara, shakugan no shana, Jigoku Shoujo, Gundam and Shuffle!

As for the video, after the event, several of the cosplayers performed. I was unfortunately not able to catch their performance. Luckily, after asking, they agreed to do an encore. Those guys were absolutely awesome. I really wanted to see a live Hare Hare Yuki Dance live and I finally got to.

You really had to be there to experience it. Since it is an annual event, I hope to see you guys there next year!
