Chapter 146: I'm a Slut?

I woke up the next morning groggy and sore.

Ugh! It was my time again. I groaned and his my face into Nick's neck.

"Well, good morning," he said, pulling me onto his lap and kissing my cheek.

I smiled. I felt Kevin and Joe sit down on my bed. They squeezed my sides, which didn't help with my cramps. The sudden pain in my side caused me to unintentionably bite Nick's neck.

"Hey!" he said, pulling back and rubbing where I had bitten him. "What was that f-"

He had looked straight into my pained face, and realized what day it was. He slipped me off his lap, kissed the top of my head, and left the room.

"Where's he going?" Joe asked.

I shrugged as Kevin sat next to me. I curled into his side and yawned. I fell back asleep quickly, tired as can be.

It turns out, Nick had gone to get me ice cream.

Since one of my first ones, Nick has tried to get me a frozen treat to 'help' my stomach. He knows it doesn't, but it makes me feel better.

I was sitting on my bed with Sel, Demz, and Dani. I had my left lag bent in, my right elevated. The guys were just standing and talking. I took a sip of my milkshake and groaned internally. I caught Nick's eye as he glanced at me.

"Distract them. I need to take my pill," I said nonverbally. He nodded, and caught Joe, Kevin, and David's attention.

I snatched my bag off the side table, and found my medicine. Sel, Demi, and Dani knew I took them, so they weren't shocked. I quickly popped one in my mouth and took it. Just as I was putting them away though, Joe and Kevin turned there heads.

"What's that?" Kevin asked. I quickly shoved them into my bag.

"Nothing!" I said quickly.

Joe walked over and grabbed my bag. I tried to get it back, but he raised it over his head. I huffed and fell back into my pillow. He rumaged through it for a second, then dropped it to the floor. He looked up at me with shocked eyes.

Kevin picked it up next. When he saw what it was, he became angry. Joe was slowly getting there.

"Danielle, Demetria, Selena, David...Please leave for about twenty minutes. We have to have a talk with Nicole," Kevin said in a scary calm voice.

The girls gave me a sympathetic look, then left with a very confused David. When the door shut behind them, it started.

"What in the world! You're on birth control?" Kevin asked angrily.

"You're having sex!" Joe exclaimed. It wasn't a question, but an accusation.

I couldn't speak. Just the fact that Joe and Kevin wouldn't give me the chance to explain, and assume that I was having intercourse hurt. Nick walked over and sat down beside me. He pulled me onto his lap.

"She's not," he said easily.

"How do you know Nick?" Kevin asked angrily. "She's just like that lawyer said!"

"KEVIN!" Nick roared. Too late...tears filled my eyes and pooled over.

"She is," Joe said. They think I'm a...a...s-slut?

"JOSEPH!" Nick yelled.

How could they think that of me?
