@stevenbvr3 Every February there are millions on the streets of New Orleans - Mardi Gras - the world's largest street party and gathering of people. Just a tiny police force to police the situation and all of Mardi Gras might average but a few dozen arrests each year over the course of 10 days - and those arrests are typically urinating in public (because there really are NOT enough public bathrooms) and maybe a few public disorderlies - too many drinks! Overall, no violence - pretty amazing!

I just didn't comprehend why people that are there to help locals were being shot at? Really did not comprehend? As well where did people looting and robbing store their stolen goods if there was no where to store them if the city was flooded? I did not make your teams loss to the Hawks due to other commitments. I agree with you 100 percent it would be nice for all fans to party normally,peacefully,and civilized at all times.Instead of rioting,looting,fighting with authorities,overturning cars etc. I was really happy you guys won the Superbowl after the tragedy that bestruck you guys!
