The end of an era. There will never be another Wendy Williams.

@barnell09 And also, all of the nobodies and b list prospects; they want keep her shitty show alive. She's a shock jock, and when you're a shock jock you seal your fate. You can't talk shit about people and spread GOSSIP and RUMORS with the expectation that they'll help you when you need to rely on them. She continues to ramble about gossip to this day on her show, it's just not made up by unreliable sources. This fake, wannabe reporter is going to get what's coming to her.
-
@barnell09 Usher is struggling to get a hit? Lol, news flash, Raymond vs. Raymond went platnium and Hey Daddy as well as OMG have been hjts. Where do you get YOUR info? And her 'news sources' and 'insiders' sound like nothing more than a shock jock's poorly constructed excuse to validate the bullshit she spreads about people. She's pissed off Will Smith, Lil Wayne, Jay Z, and a shit load of other successful black people. As I said, she's dishonored too many people and it's hurting her.

She didn't make up those stories, she got them from a news source. If they're going to get mad at her they should have also been mad at every magazine and entertainment show.Another thing, Wendy was not/is not a sleaze bag. But anyway, your opinion is your opinion.

@WanderingSamura1 It's not the guests that propel her show, it's her honesty and personality. Besides, most of those people that she "stepped on" are no longer relevant to music or movies. Usher for example, he's struggling to get a hit. There are many tv shows that are wildly popular, and she gets guests from those shows. There are a lot of new musicians that go on her show. She will remain successful. Also, she didn't step on anyone's fingers, she simply reported news.

@barnell09 True Blood and The Real Housewives...lol, how long is that going to pan out? As much as I respect your opinion, Oprah didn't start out as a shock jock/sleaze bag who stepped on the fingers of people she'd need in the future to get in a position of recognition and fame.
Not everyone is as forgiving as Whoopi Goldberg, and she's shunned everyone -- from legends to average actors. The few people who forgive her (Bow Wow included, she insulted him too) aren't going to keep her fame.

@WanderingSamura1 Going international in your first year is being successful. Also, her success will continue. America wants someone who is comfortable in their skin, someone who is outspoken, and someone who is not afraid to reveal personal stories even if it makes them look weak or overly emotional.
People said the same thing you're saying about Oprah when she was first starting out and now look at her.
-
@WanderingSamura1 No, her guests, for the most part, have not been A list, but they are people that are important. People watch The Real Housewives franchise and she's had most of the ladies on her show. People watch True Blood like crazy and she has had people from that show on her show. Wendy gets guests of the same caliber as most other talk show hosts. She is successful. Being picked up for 2 more years before your first season is over is being successful.
-
@barnell09 HAHAHAAHAHAAH. She can't even book A list guests because she's talked so much shit. The closest she's gotten is Whoopi Goldberg. Otherwise, the guy who played Fonzi and Bow Wow don't really count as accomplished artists. You're delusional if you think she's successful, or if you think her success will last.
U gotta lover her REALNESS!! "HOW U DOIN WENDY?"
