It's tough to stick to your healthy eating habits on the weekend. We might find a little more time for exercise, but with the added social outings, we tend to eat mindlessly and lose track of our routine. Eating out can be a tremendous temptation to overeat or choose things we would normally never cook at home. Restaurants do their best to make sure you keep coming back by making their food with large portions and typically lots of added ingredients.
