(HD) Rock Band 2 Double Kick on 1 Pedal Tutorial

SuperSoldierDan here: Some People were asking me how to do 2 feet on one pedal and how to do a double kick. I don't use a double kick pedal. I use 2 feet on one pedal (in my opinion it works better than two bass pedals with a splitter.)
Explanation: When you use two pedals with a splitter you can't hold one down while using the other. This makes it very difficult to keep a steady beat because they cancel each other out even if by a couple milliseconds. On one pedal you don't have this problem. Websites like Scorehero also don't except scores that were gotten by people using double bass mods. It doesn't say anything about 2 feet on one pedal though :)

This Video shows you how to do two feet on one pedal as well as show you some tips and tricks to make you better at it. This technique does work in Gameplay very well especially on songs like This Calling, Visions, Clouds over California, anything by All That Remains, Disturbed, and other Metal songs... It is also very cool in Freestyle Mode.

This is easy with one foot... I mean, I can do This Is Exile's breakdown with one foot. You don't actually need two for anything in the game.

@YeOldeDudes @YeOldeDudes And that's a custom for expert +, which rock band doesn't officially support (Which is lame, I wish it did; would like to get my left foot faster as well). Rock band charts things with one foot, except for Disturbed, especially Another Way To Die, and also that one black metal-ish one I'm forgetting the name of that's a blast beat for three quarters, it has some double at the start, but Disturbed isn't that fast and the black metal one is still definitely possible.

@YeOldeDudes Well, first I've heard of it anywhere. I know they've been doing expert + customs for a long time, but I thought that when they officially stated no double bass support for RB3, that was pretty much the end of those songs actually getting in...?

@YeOldeDudes Save for any actual double kick work, like straight double bass, probably. Another Way To Die by Disturbed, I can get 97 or 98 on the chorus, River of Tuoni I gold more often than not, and I passed Packet Flier, all with one foot.
