HELP! I have taken coffee enemas once a day for the past 10 days and slowly but surely my liver hurts. There is a tightness and tenderness where my liver is. Of course it could also be my gallbladder. I have congestion with my liver and gallbladder. Is this a common issue with coffee Enemas. Oh, I also get heartburn at the same time that my liver area tightens up and feels sore. Please give me advice. Thanks!

Why is it important to do a water enema first before doing a coffee one?

@spirit172 You are hilarious!!! That was awesome!

@queenastilon It's funny that you should mention leeches. Apparently, "medical leeches" are being used again for certain medical situations. What's old is new again!
Please can somebody tell me if Coffee Enema is painful? How long does it last?
I want to have it done but I am scared. Will I sleep well. Can I go back to my regular activity ? Please answer me sir. Thank you.

@21nilly Painful? Not generally, but if it triggers cramping as your colon ( which is a coil of muscle) flexes and contracts you may experience some discomfort for the moment, but it quickly "passes" as you pass your feces. I generally avoid coffee enema later than 4 pm as you do tend to absorb some caffeine which may keep you awake. If you have read Gershon materi etc. or others on the net you already know the health benefits. Go for it!

can coffee enema's still work even if your gallbladder has been removed?

@myrainybaby The gallbladder is a holding place for bile. The liver excretes bile even after the bladder is removed. God bless.

what difference is there in drinking coffee vs the enema? just popped up in my head this question.
dnganga 10 months ago
@dnganga The difference is in where you put the coffee. In the one case you put the coffee in your mouth and the other you put it in your rectum. With the latter, the hepatic vein is stimulated to release bile and toxin when the coffee is released into the rectum. Drinking coffee the traditional way also stimulates bowel activity but not as aggressivly as via the anus. Thanks for the interest. There is more at secrets of eden . com
