How about a Greek Yogurt video? I use whole milk heated to 180, cooled to 110, and a plain yogurt culture mixed in. This is put in a covered container, wrapped to insulate and set for about 8 hours minimum. After this, coffee filters in wire mesh strainers over bowls to collect the whey by-product achieve desired thickness for the yogurt. After cooling it thickens even more and tastes pretty awesome. Adding a little honey makes it a nice treat which is a bit healthier than most.
