This video will show you step by step how easy it is to make healthy cottage cheese from fresh raw milk in your own kitchen, with no fancy equipment. Raw milk and raw cream are loaded with all the enzymes your body needs to digest the milk. Raw milk cottage cheese is impossible to find on the market and using organic milk can cost a fortune! If you have a source for raw whole milk or organic milk, you can use it to make buttermilk at a fraction of the cost. Here's how! • How about a Greek Yogurt video? I use whole milk heated to 180, cooled to 110, and a plain yogurt culture mixed in. This is put in a covered container, wrapped to insulate and set for about 8 hours minimum. After this, coffee filters in wire mesh strainers over bowls to collect the whey by-product achieve desired thickness for the yogurt. After cooling it thickens even more and tastes pretty awesome. Adding a little honey makes it a nice treat which is a bit healthier than most.

  • @ConcernedMushroom i swear to god.
