Sorry for the late update, to make up for it we got 3 episodes for ya! This episode is the first of our "3 Arcades in One Day" trilogy. We hit up Nassau County on Long Island, NY pretty hard by checking out 3 lesser known Arcades. The first one is located in the basement of the Tri-County Flea Market. They have a nice "rare treat" that is worth the trip alone.

  • While you're at Tri-County, you should check out Amok Time comics. Amok Time is in the same parking lot as Tri-County. There are no arcade games but it's a cool store.

  • @StandardizedTest We always try to go to Amok Time. Past few times we went late on Sunday and they were closed, but they have a lot of great stuff. Even when I don't buy anything there it's always fun just to look at all the great stuff they have.

  • What other Sega arcade games do they have at that Flea Market? I know I saw Crazy Taxi. The reason why I wanted to know is because you said most of the machines from the FYE arcade moved at this spot.

  • @paulsbuck5 I would have no idea, the layout both floors is always different each time I go there, which is rarely. The part we don't show downstairs is a whole graveyard of games and spare parts and a lot of FYE's games are there. If you're in the market for an arcade cab, he can hook you up, but they usually move the games between Tri-County and Peter Pan games.

  • Did he put a NEO GEO INSIDE A DRAGON'S LAIR 2 CABINET !?!

  • (Sorry this is 5 months before I could reply to you) Did you mean the six slot one at the start of the video? That's a real 6 Slot MVS unit. The damn thing is beastly. You need about three people to carry it. I've heard stories of people buying them and having to sell them because it won't fit through a normal doorway.

  • Virgin

  • tri-county arcade was gangsta in the early ta mid 90's

  • ive never seen street fighter 3rd strike as an arcade machine nice

  • they closed it

  • I don't know if you can call that an arcade, as the Gammer Choice 2K and the Ultracade cabinets all run on emulators, And I have alot of mixed feelings about that. Having emulated games doesn't really seem like your playing the actual authentic arcade cabinet.

  • Of course now it is long gone, since Unique took over...
