To pare down her answer, because I feel like it didn't dance around the question but it used a lot of time to get to its point: she thinks societies that breed instability through unequal rights for citizens (women) also breed instability with regards to political and potentially violent action? George is one of the best interviewers I have come across, from any country. This guy can make a name for himself internationally. Very eloquent answer by the Secretary of State as well.
