Good informative video. Donations really are essential.
The latest financial "credit crunch" will directly affect donations. Amounts people leave in wills will drop as shares are worth less and houses go down in value. This means street collections are going to become even more essential. Give generously even if you never visit the seaside. I guarantee, somebody you know will be saved by the RNLI at some time in your lifetime.

nice to see behind the scenes we park up opposite the lifeboat station about once a month and if the lifeboat is launched we wait for it to return. we were frozen one night quite late on and thats when you realise what the crew do to help others
