Court to Decide if Obama is a Natural Born Citizen

Is Barack Obama the president, or is he still a candidate? Carl Swensson is trying to prove, in a court in his home state of Georgia, that Obama is not legally the POTUS, by claiming that he is not a natural born citizen.

The US Constitution: Article 2 section 1 clause 5 is written as the following: No person except a natural born Citizen, or Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President. In your opening statement, you said a Citizen has to have parents who were Citizens. A 5:45 IN YOUR RANT YOU DESTROYED YOUR OWN ARGUMENT BY SAYING THAT YOUR FATHER WAS NOT A CITIZEN. WTF?

The news director at CNN, should have made this the lead story every night. Instead, they were busy getting rid of Lou Dobbs for spreading truth and demanding answers. The next story should cover the "cover-up" of information pertaining to President Obama's mysterious past which also blocks all investigation attempts. The kicker could be a clip of the President quoting in Arabic and pitching Islam as he so often does. Something is rotten in Denmark as-they-say, not to mention the White House.

The judge's ruling which ignores the large volume of prima facia evidence proving Obama does not meet the 'natural born' Consitutitonal requirement now must be countered by 1) appeal of the utterly corrupt ruling and 2) impeachment (preferably arrest) of the judge on charges of treason. Surely in the fine State of Georgia are patriotic citizens and attorneys who will pursue these two--and possibly more--remedies for the huge injustice.

Seems you wanna be clear that 'Senior' or 'Sr.' is a mere designation representing to others that that person is the elder of the two men, the father of the son. It holds no legal inference or status other than to 'point out' that the elder/father expects a certain modicum of 'respect-in-reserve' for his fatherly status represented by the literalization of the Senior abbreviation as part of his name; likewise, the "Jr." to that of his son's name. Nothing beyond that re your query.
