@MsLawman7 There is incontrovertable proof that you are a loser posting about a subject that has been dead for more than a month. Occupy is gone and FORGOTTEN. The stench of BO and Patchouli is finaly gone.

Do you have any proof that what I say is false?
-
@daveberzack It's ok.. Let's just revoke wheresmyhoneybytch of his/her rights. We win.

@silveriomonares The nice officer missed a spot though. I was a bit dissappointed.

The proof that the cops were brought in based on ideology is the fact that they are never unleashed on tea partiers or the Westboro Baptist Church.
#1 Where there is no injury there is no crime. The state cannot be a false witness where there is no injury. The state lacks standing because of this and the fact that the judge represents the party to the action so there is also a conflict of interest. The judge represents the state in all matters before any court. Challenge standing on these two counts, these students were injured and the state owes them, and they should go into court to collect damages as a group.

@wheresmyhoneybytch - you are a moron, and a supporter of fascism. #1: Occupiers are taking action and making demands. #2: most of these gatherings are remarkably peaceful (except for the police aggression). #3: So, you're suggesting that in a free society, anyone who isn't intimidated to silence by the police deserves to be brutalized? #4 these people aren't disturbing the peace, except to voice their political opinion, which is a core constitutional right of every citizen.
