The RedEye remote control system for iPhone (http://redeyeremote.com/) makes use of the iPhone's touchscreen to provide custom button layouts for each activity. That's great, but sometimes the touchscreen is an inconvenient way to change channels, adjust volume, etc. In addition to 18 multitouch gestures, version 1.0.6 adds accelerometer gestures to overcome this limitation.

  • its funny that ii can hear the real tv control buttons being pressed right at the moment when u apear to control ur tv with ur ipod. thats curious isnt it?

  • @reno911unlocred It would be curious if remote control buttons were that loud. In fact what you are hearing is the click sound that the iPhone app makes when you press a button or invoke a gesture.
