The bloodhound in the parade is my babyy! Jolene! The guy that walks her, Chris, is super cool too! I get to go behind the scenes and stuff! Its pretty awesome! :D
I feel bad for the people wearing the costumes though, because when they are done, they all look like they jumped in a pool with their clothes on! Even if its kinda chilly out!

The fans all get a kick out of the fact that there is a REAL dog in the parade, especially the kids! I love seeing their faces when they see Jolene! I remember one little boy was like "LOOK! THATS A REAL DOG!" Haha its was soo cute!

Oh, it is SO nice to hear from you! Our whole family was talking about how well behaved your bloodhound was. With all the noise and music (and crazy people like my family in costumes) Jolene stayed cool, calm and in character. She and Chris were amazing!

This is great quality. I was working as a pirate during the Halloween season. But I had friends at the mansion. One of my roommates was a grave digger (guys with the shovels). He was so excited when he got the part. I tried auditioning for one of the ghosts (one on the far right of the float). but didn't work out otherwise i'd be raving right now. Thanx for posting this awesome video. Don't want to ruin the magic, but the ghosts are wearing shower curtains as costumes. lol. Nice ones.

Hi @pmpknking, we really enjoyed hearing from you about the Halloween party! When we went back the following year, we all got such a kick out of looking for the shower curtains on the ghosts! :) Thanks for posting this, and I hope you get the part of a ghost one day -- although the pirates were great, too!
