Clownin' Around: The Final Trick Up His Sleeve (Part 5)

This series is displaying the debut of one of the best heels i wrestling history, Doink The Clown. Played by Matt Borne, his run as Doink was one of my favorites.
Here are a series of events where Doink made an appearance in his debut, before his name "Doink" was not mentioned until later.

On the January 2, 1993 episode of Superstars, Crush took on Dave Sigfrids. After the bout, Crush had a confrontation with Doink the Clown in the aisle and began twisting his arm slightly after Doink threw a ball in a kid's face at ringside. Also, Raymond Rougeau had an interview with Crush to close the show in which Crush warned the clown to stop picking on kids in the audience, in reference to the incident following Crush's match.
A week later on the January 9, 1993 broadcast of Superstars, Raymond Rougeau conducted an interview with "the Clown" where he introduced himself for the first time as Doink. He appeared with his arm in an arm cast and a sling. Clips were shown of his antics over the previous weeks to several wrestlers and Doink said he likes to look at kids' smiles and then take them away and he didn't care about Crush's warning he received last week. Doink then ended the interview by squirting water from the flower on his jacket in Rougeau's face.
This video concludes with a segment from the very first broadcast of Monday Night Raw on January 11, 1993. Vince McMahon conducted a closing interview with Doink the Clown regarding Crush's warning not to make the kids in the audience cry. With Crush eventually appearing, Doink squirting him with a water pistol, and Crush chasing him around the ring.

In the interview with Doink the crowd is completely dead, most of them look so confused like they're thinking "what the fuck is this clown? I came to a pro wrestling show not a circus, what the fuck is going on?"

Does anybody know what happen to either doink or crush these days today.....I wonder what happen to that raymond guy that was the interviewer with doink and crush??? RIP "macho man" Randy Savage.
