  • 2wd come on man truck looks good but a 4wd twin ibeam front end will literally bolt into a 2wd truck iv done 2 of em it no harder by any means but looks good

  • @82hotrod check my updated walk around vid, doing a 4-link SAS with FOA 2.5" remote reservoir coilovers with 14" travel

  • wow, nice old school f150, i like it! i also didn't know k&n made a FIPK for the older 5.0 engines, again nice truck keep up the good work.

  • @NissanTy thanks! yeah theres actually 2 versions, one for MAF (mass air flow) and one for SD (speed density)... i reused the intake on my swapped in 351.

  • degenerate I have a 94 f150 with a 5.0 and the same CAI and a throttle body spacer you should watch my video of it, and let me know what you think

  • Nice Truck and exaust man! cant ever go wrong with super 44's!!

  • @degenerate727 not necessarily true. The computers in trucks don't have much leeway. So once you free up the intake and exhaust they sometimes run lean because the computer sometimes can't compensate. If thats the case 40 bucks on a chip is a good buy.

But ya playing with the timing is a great way to get some free power.

  • for our year trucks, a chip is a waste of money, all they really do is advance the timing which you can do by simply turning the distributor... i run mine about 15 deg. BTDC

  • sorry for the late reply, youtube locked my log in... yes im running stock grears lol have been for over 30K miles average 12 highway and 7 to 10 city i have a pair of axles with 4.56's that are waiting for install. also doing a SAS 4-link w/ coilovers

  • @cornhuskerboy cold air intake will give you like 1 to 2 more mpg thats what it did for my 87 idk bout the throttle body spacers though
