@HyperSniperCo many plastics are heat formable. you can put the plexiglass in an oven and heat it up untill it gets like paper.

now that looks cool as hell, how thick is the plastic you are forming there? cause though it is sweet shaped, for my project I would require definite durability not just show. could you also use this type of material for rc cars body? that stuff can be quite thin. also have you tried 1/8" plexi? I have a few sheets it just laying around so that would be nice for me if it worked. thanks, get back to me if you can.

how many time did you put it ? and at what heat ?

@HyperSniperCo What would cause it to stick to the mold? it was just drawn around the mold by vacuum
