Think homosexuality is "wrong"?

Wow, this is a great clip. I often wondered how many more crazy things there were in the bible that people never bring up that we are supposed to do, that are clearly at this day and age no longer accepted by society. It's a nice reference book or history book, but simply just that. One can't live their life by it.

So, you say yourself that it happens in nature. (about 8% actually, exactly like the same amount in the human population). You prove that it is a very natural response that you cannot control.
But it's "less natural"?

@gratiasola but the fact that homosexual relations exist in nature - in non sapient creatures - along with evidence that homosexuality is brought about by a different reaction to hormones in the womb proves that homosexuals are also living according to nature. That heterosexual relations produce offspring while homosexual relations do not does not make homosexual relations any less natural.

@MagikarpPower I don't think it is necessary to bring in Malthusian theory about overpopulation. That is a different debate entirely. The question is whether a person's sexuality is defined by a purpose inherent in nature, inherent in his physicality. In my observation, a man's design points him towards a woman, just as we see in trees and animals. I'm trying to live according to nature, as Cicero and Aristotle teach.

@Joeybsmooth I don't understand what you mean. The Old Testament reflected natural law, but its individual mandates were specific for the children of Israel. Christ came an fulfilled the Law, which was a "shadow of the things to come" (Colossians 2). That's been basic Christian doctrine for the last 2000 years. This video does not give Christianity a chance to respond at all. It's a straw man.

@gratiasola Disapproving of homosexuals is an old testament thing, so the old testament was quoted.
Aside from Christianity, our purpose in life is what we make it, but the majority of people find themselves attracted to the sex opposite from theirs, so what happens is they have children. I agree that we heterosexual couples reproduce, but to say it's inherently more moral when it's simply the facilitation of an overpopulated species is suspect.

This tgillspy2 is really good at trolling.

@gratiasola I have answered the question. You just dont seem to understand the answer. When you figure it out, please, let me know.
@tgillspy2 According to? Oh, your 2000~ year old book, with wonderful advice such as what was just recited in this video? You do know that nature sports examples of homosexuality in nature, right? Like, constantly?
You must be a really interesting person to have watched that video and your only response to have been to regurgitate something a religious blowhard told you to think.
