  • a true legend!

  • Not only is Joe Kubert a legend, he's still got it. He just came out with a outstanding Tor mini series for DC Comics that he wrote, drew and colored. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

  • This man is a god among men in the comic field. When other panelist would leave, he stayed behind for another hour at NYCC giving advice about not only art but life in general to anyone who came to him. I met him, and it basically solidified my dream as a comic artist. I can only train hard and hope to take after his example when I get his age.

  • His Bronze Age covers are incomperable.

  • OR it might've been drawn by Joe's son. I guess I should've looked it up before posting.

  • As a fan of the original Sgt. Rock stuff, I also really liked the relatively recent story written by Brian Azzarello (I think) and drawn by this legend.

  • @UglyMannheim I have that mini!!!

    Freaking LOVED IT!!!

  • Sergent Rock and Unknown Solider still hold up after all these years. Amazing stuff!

  • try going to his school

  • All hail the MASTER!!!!!

  • Joe is Sgt Rock!
