For years, groups like the US Chamber of Commerce have flooded the country with stories about out of control lawsuits, and how doctors are being forced to pay huge insurance premiums because of medical malpractice lawsuits. Well, according to a new report, most doctors in America ARE facing medical malpractice lawsuits, but only a tiny fraction of these doctors will ever have to pay a dime. Mike Papantonio discusses the truth about lawsuits with Joanne Doroshow, executive director of the Center for Justice and Democracy.
