P90X Recipe: Super Vegetable Juice

My alternative to having salads everyday.

Super Vegetable Juice
Ingredients:
1 glass water
1 Collander Leafy Greens
20 Baby Carrots (to taste)
2 Apples
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (to taste)

Steps:
1.Blend Leafy greens in blender with a few ounces of water on high speed. Keep pressing down greens until properly mixed.
2.Chop up carrots and apples to a small size if you don't have a very strong blender and put blender on low first then ramp up to high. If you have an ice crush function - you can use that instead.
3.Add remaining water and lemon juice to mix and finish blending till smooth.
3.Strain in a grain bag, cheese cloth, nut bag and drain all liquids into a bowl.
4.transfer liquid to container and refridgerate until serving.
5.Serve chilled and enjoy

Or... buying a Juicer is way easier, this blender way is way longer and to much of a hassle doing everyday, it takes me 10 mins to make a Gallon of juice with my Breville Juicer, and I drink in increments of 32 oz., 3 to 4 times a day. So much easier.
