You've probably seen them, as Max had a total of only 14 episodes:

Season 1: 1987, was only 6 eps as it premiered mid-season, in March.

Season 2: 1987–1988, was 8 episodes; the last one never aired.

My point was that contrary to the belief that because the show savagely satirized TV -- the ABC network did indeed give it a chance. They should have given it a longer chance, and a better time period; cf. the history of the original Star Trek.

All the Max's are out on official DVDs...! ^_^

I can remember when Network 7 (ABC) was scared to death from this program, and so they pulled it right away.
