106 Rallye S1 is 1.3 8v 100bhp - a had one
106 Rallye S2 is 1.6 8v 100bhp, but you could also get a factory made (for example in Slovenia) 106 Rallye S2 with 1.6 16v engine with 118bhp, a friend of mine is selling one!

its 114hp at the wheels, the average vts/gti lump with decat exhaust system (e.g. pugsport), induction kit and a good remap will usually make anywhere from 140-155bhp.

nice motor mate. one of my friends has a s1 rallye with a vts lump in it got a vts rear beam aswell. think its a bit more powerful than 114bhp though now it has tbs on. still not bad :)

there is no such thing as a rallye 16v engine.. Not in the UK anyway. S1 rallye is a lively 1.4 8v, the s2 rallye is a 1.6 8v engine, basically a saxo VTR with a few changes internally & to management i believe to produce a couple more bhp. 16v options are 106 GTI, or Saxo VTS. I belive abroad in some places they are called the Saxo Cup, but dont quote me on that =]
