sure seems like i saw one of these in the 1965 or so AIR PROGRESS magazines and im fairly sure the design is that old??

The landing gear retract fairly quickly from what I can see. Is gear retraction 'manual' or 'hydraulic'?

Cool plane. Looks like the CG is so far forward the wing's Chord center. Does the cabin shape and that lifting-body nose make so much lift as to negate that? Or am I misjudging the CG?

This plane is featured in the December 2008 EAA Sport Aviation magazine. The wingspan is substantial, so is the length, therefore it does not have the aerodynamic weaknesses of a flying wing. Thanks for your comment, I am sure many others beleived the same as you.
