    have you ever received Reflexology yourself from anyone? or you just give it?

  • there is not much valid research done on reflexology. Most researchers don't take the studies of reflexology seriously because they were poorly done. Many massage therapists do not believe reflexology actually works, especially the ones with greater anatomical knowledge and research experience. This is because it doesn't make sense anatomically. For example the phrenic nerve does not send impulses to the feet therefore to say that stimulating the feet will do anything to the lungs. You're hot.
