Just as they do ever spring, the citys chefs are preening about their love of seasonal vegetables, the return of which are heralded by the humble ramp. But just what the hell is a ramp, anyway? And would anyone want to eat one? I brought these questions to my friend Marco Canora, the chef of Insieme, Hearth, and Terroir, and one of the earliest and most faithful of Greenmarketgoers. i love iron chef. At first i loved chef tsai but i think its between you, forgione and caswell u guys have been consistent right through.
