binary code is basicaly what computers are working with... just zeros and ones There is also a name for this number system but I don't know it in english.
thats not completely correct either... yes 0 is off and 1 is on, however there are always 8 digets, so yes you could have 00000001 and yes that would be just 1, however 10001010 would not be 1010 it would be a value of 137 bits not tenten

And the 1010 part is just a a double entendre, meaning that it could mean 10 in decimal count, and that it's a characters name in an anime (yeah...)
