More 3D origami swans from my collection. All hand made by myself. Showing big winged swan, the light green swan glows in the dark, two different sizes of the 2 winged swan. The green and white one added in (near the end) is a giant sized mini swan.
what size pieces did you use, i think they are around 1.5 x 4.5 cm im starting it now i have about 60 cut and 8 folded? let me know thank in advance... also im using card stock for more grip.
My swans are tiny and I can't remember the size of paper used. I think it's about 1.3cm x 2cm. If you have the normal 3D origami rectangular paper for making them, you need to cut it into 3 or maybe 4 pieces. The size is about that size or maybe less. Hint on making is to use soft paper. No hard or cardboard like paper. Hard paper will be difficult to slot them in because of its thickness.
thanks for the tip, i finished the one in card stock, and went even smaller with a thinner paper, they both came out really nice, thanks for the design ideas..
