  • Me, too! It's so hard to watch her be scared, but also beautiful to see her feel love.

  • What is a feeling anyways? Is it simply a biochemical reaction in our brain that we experience tangibly under predicatble circumstances?

Or is it more than that? Do they extend beyond our physical being somehow into the ether?

Either way it is our task to master them like the Vulcans whether we know it or not.

  • The second episode to choke me up. First was the measure of a man. as fas as I am concerned, Data is the main character of startrek.

  • damm i cryed at this

  • If you're told something, you typically believe it. If someone told you at an early enough age that, say, some people were superior to others, chances are, you'd believe it.

It's the same with Data. He was told he didn't have emotions and carried out with that thought. But the thing about Data: he was probably the most compassionate, loving, thoughtful, friendly characters in the entire history of Star Trek.

  • Lal mean "beloved" in Hindi Language.

One the best episodes of all Star Trek series.

  • youl feel the back of my hand to be displeasing if you don't simmer down.

  • I want to feeeel..... EEEEEvvveerrryyythinnngg.

  • @MurasakiYugata Still the only episode that can take me to the edge of tears every time I see it.

  • @Shendue again, i read this at midnight, when midnight crazies set in........ROFL

  • @tigercubgurlie: Jonathan Flakes, the breakfast of champions!!! XD

  • @mcc613 I disagree implicitly; electrical impulses give rise to biochemical reactions and as for nature or nurture, it doesn't matter it is decreed right or wrong by society or the individuals or those surrounding abilities to adapt, which gives rise to the initial 'electrical impulses...'
