@Catlicker101 This song gave me faith in humanity again? Not sure if that's what you were saying, but if so, definitely. Even at the darkest of times, the kind no human should have to experience, it is so heartwarming to know this kind of beauty is out there and that it was created by fellow human beings with real souls.

This is my shit right here. I meditate to this right here. right here. here.

@kriSongs , the woman singing is a sample from " Musique du Burundi", a Ocora release from 1967. it's taken from "Akazehe par une jeune fille". Like all the other voices from Deep Forest, Engima, etc. you can find pretty much any of them in similar Ocora releases. A lot of sampling was done from these compilations. Contrary to popular belief, Eric and Michael, did not went to the roots of africa or any jungle to record any tribe chants. They do an awesome work that way.

@RilaDLB look it up because deep forest went into the jungles and found tribes with chants, and they would come back to America to remix them into a song. I hope this helped! :)

I have danced to Deep Forest since I was physically capable. I'll tell you guys, it gets in your soul, and stays there forever. If you are listening to this, look up Deep Forest's Marta's Song, and Twosome. They are some of my favorites, and are undeniably some of the most incredible music recorded. Cuidado- not for the musically retarded.
