Good stuff with the old fashioned suck and blow. You still secondary? These days Jamil and Palmer say primary is good enough unless you are harvesting yeast. I plan on brewing in two weeks.

I have racked mine to secondary as well. Didn't film it since it would be boring IMO. Can't wait to try everyone's.

Yea the ambient temp in my cellar was at 58 the last time I looked, but the liquid crystal thermometer on the bucket usually reads 62-64 or so.

Will be transferring mine tomorrow. Guess there's a first time for everything as I usually don't do secondaries.

How do you know if you make a bad or contaminated batch of home brew?
