  • Good stuff with the old fashioned suck and blow. You still secondary? These days Jamil and Palmer say primary is good enough unless you are harvesting yeast. I plan on brewing in two weeks.

  • I have racked mine to secondary as well. Didn't film it since it would be boring IMO. Can't wait to try everyone's.

    I use Idophor as well.

  • Yea the ambient temp in my cellar was at 58 the last time I looked, but the liquid crystal thermometer on the bucket usually reads 62-64 or so.

  • Will be transferring mine tomorrow. Guess there's a first time for everything as I usually don't do secondaries.

  • I have the same rug as the one in your thumbnail.

  • How do you know if you make a bad or contaminated batch of home brew?

  • I do my ales at 68 deg, I like the fruity flavors. great vid

  • damn dude nice..already in secondary..looking forward to what you think about this beer. i will be brewing mine next weekend. cheers.

  • That upside down carboy on the counter made my palms sweat...

  • Sweet vid Dorf much success on that batch brother.....TAKE NO PRISONERS!!!!!
