  • The Barrell Drill to strengthen your legs would help.

Also, squat thrusts or any exercise to help you build a powerful explosive jump

    Good Luck !!

  • Ugh... I can't do it right, and these girls can INTENTIONALLY do it wrong!! The world isn't fair.

  • You can do it right if you continue to work hard.....DON'T GIVE UP

  • I could do a backhandspring but now whenever i do it i do a backflip

  • It's just the biggest fear of actually jumping back >_<

  • You know, anyone can do this. It just takes hard work and determination. A year ago I could barely do a cartwheel, now I am working on my round off backhand spring full twist. Hard work will get you far, trust me.

  • HELP IM NOT SCARED BUT I CANT GO BACK I JUMP AND GO BACKWARDS BUT MY BODY DOESNT GO ALL THE WAY BACK FOR ME TO DO IT? :(

  • Can you do one of these for roundoff backhandsprings? I do mine off my elbows and almost hit my face D:

  • In my back handspring I jump back to much! Everything else is perfect what do I do?

  • for soe reason my landing always got my on my face

  • in my backhandspring, i bend my arms to much, and i need help!

  • Great vid, so much more than the usual tutorial. :)

  • I undercut and land in a sorta curled up ball shape :/ I've figured that once I build up my confidence doing them on a flat non-bouncy surface, I can work on my technique, but I don't want to develop bad habits... I'll keep practising!
