Did you play this role again at Morton College this past summer? If so, then I came and saw you in that production and you did an amazing job! You sound great here too! If not, you still sound great here! Keep up the good work!

I'd really love to see that show once...oh and I would love even more to be in it. I would really feel honored If you would visit my channel and watch my version of the song and tell me what you think of it.
You're still acting?

beautifully set... u bring honor to miguel de servantes severdra ...such act should be rewarded...i have seen this act translated in english many times but never before have i seen an act that brings the same impact as its original version does. I am astounded by this performance and hope for you to upload the rest of the play .
That is correct. I reprised the role there. It was a higher production value show and everyone was very talented; but this one holds up alright in terms of vocal quality on the recording... when I get a replacement (read: Apple) computer I will post more videos. This one has been hobbling on its last legs for months. I also played the Phantom the show before that one at Morton College.

I love the voice!
I hate the beard. I bet you did...had one of those once stuck to my face...horrible things...
btw: is that a billard queue you're holding?

Thank you for your comment about my voice. I like it too. The beard was a royal pain as I had to glue it on, instead of clipping it over my ears as some do. The lance was actually a real tree branch that was semi straight, as I recall, and lost its little tree tributaries as the show went along. It was funnier in the beginning when it still had twigs and leaves on it.

Ed,
A few improvments:
1. Go for the money note at the end (ie up a 3rd)
2. Interact with Aldonza more - you're trying to CONVINCE her this is the most important thing! Your PURPOSE for living!
3. The tempo was too fast. Impossible Dream is not a March tempo nor a slow ballad so it's tricky.
4. The dramatic pauses were in some odd places and didn't have an impact on the lyrical message
Just a few thoughts! You do have a nice round sound for this part.

If I had staged this, I would have done things differently. Had I set the tempo, I would have made it slower. The money note, as well as the tempo, is up to the musical director to assign or not. I could have done it up an octave, had he wanted that, but I follow my directors' wishes; this is what they wanted. I appreciate your feedback, and should I have the chance to play this part again, will certainly be willing to implement it as it is in keeping with my own feelings for this part. Thanks.
