By the way, I hope you've noticed that Wiki is not with Zack. Wiki has been kidnapped by Barbaros, who's now whipping him into shape. A bell shape, that is. Zack pulls the boat into the main area of the stage, where the treasures drop from them. One of them looks suspiciously like Wiki as a bell...
Now, Barbaros hangs out in the lower-left area putting cargo into his ship, which is up there at the top. Looks pretty majestic. The ship, that is. Zack can't defeat Barbaros by himself, and the last thing Zack will do is put up a fair fight. So Zack has to find a way to separate Barbaros from Wiki long enough for Zack to get Wiki back. He'll need to get the frog out of the little hole it's in by lighting the torch underneath. That wakes up the frog and makes it jump to where it's cooler. Now Zack needs to scare the frog into Barbaros's chamber with the snake. Zack picks up a pebble and chucks it at the snake, knocking it out and allowing Zack to put its pot right by the frog. The frog now jumps to right by Barbaros, which is perfect!
Zack lures Barbaros into ringing Wiki's bell, activating the Frog Bomb. Barbaros goes into a panic, grabs Wiki from the rope, and scrambles out to get Zack himself. Zack has a rope of his own ready and trips Barbaros with it. (You might have noticed that Barbaros has all sorts of superpowers looking at what the treasures do from the Sea Rabbits HQ, but none of them is clairvoyance.) In a panic, he picks up the wrong bell, buying Zack just enough time to get to Wiki and ring like there's no tomorrow, turning Barbaros back into the golden skeleton he was before.
With Wiki back, the first thing we need to do is...get to Bonelich! Bonelich von Skeleski has one last challenge for you, though I can't seem to recall which game this song could possiby be from.
(The treasure chest is already open because I already completed this mission. The recording got cut off the first time through because a cat snuck its way into where I was palying and, in a panic to get out, stepped on the keyboard and stopped the recording.)
What started the whole "Final/Semifinal Level involves gravity changes" thing?

I don't know. I'll bet one of the Mega Man games did something like this during the NES era though.

Why didn't you get the sword?

Which sword? the Golden Sword? That thing breaks the moment you swing it against the swords the other pirates use.
