Learn to Lead is a new series at LearntoRaid all about teaching players how to more successfully run their guild. Whether you're a casual leveling guild or competing for server 1st kills, we're dishing out tips that will show you how to lead your people like your name was Moses.

since i'm one of the best dps player in my 10 man guild, i have a big ego and when a ninja joined i just quit ( needless to say he was doing 15k less dps than me , 30k less on madness of deathwing) : he is playing for 6 years and he knows to not to loot before the raid leader from a chest, but he didn't learn that it's not nice to steal items and sell them after in trade chat. Anyway i will go back to laugh when he will leave (he's been in like 15-20 guilds until now)

more sound advice. Thanks for continuing to put a voice to this stuff. Some of us learned all this stuff the hard way, also, but just aren't as eloquent at getting the message out there. ***Like***

good advice. only complaint i would have, is you need to look at the camera instead of the screen if you're to do things like this.

At first I thought this was going to be a tea-bagging joke video, it isn't. I thought it was great advice from someone who has proven himself to be an excellent raid/guild leader.
