@joemcbobinite kettlebells are unbalanced weight so they are better for strenth training because they work smaller muscles called stabilizer muscles that normally arent worked effectivly while using conventional weights. when using it properly a 50lb kettlebell could feel like a 70lb dumbell. kettlebells also arent meant for doing muscle isolation excorsizes so using them makes you use your body as a single unit.

i need one with more weight...any ideas on where? because im worried that ill be able to do anything under 100 with too much ease and these look better than doing power cleans but id like to try adding a BB or powerlifter method to it and iunno how i would as i can power clean 140 how do i convert that to this?

this is HARD STYLE.... more efficient to use GS.
indeed that is true, we specialize in HARD STYLE. not interested in efficiency, more interested in EXPLOSIVE POWER = compressed training, shorter workouts, excellerated weight loss, faster gains in strength and endurance. if we were more interested in long cycles, we would GS style lifting techniques.
