@GlorifiedTruth I only discovered KROQ in 1985, in the middle of high school. They really were world-class. Nobody played that type and combination of music in the States. They went downhill in the mid to late 90s. I listen to their morning show during my commute. :P

@RainPoetry - those were the days. I don't know if there's ever been another station like it. I moved away in 1982, so I was only around for the good days!
