me deadliftin 465 at 148lbs (3.14 x my body weight) in a meet at Crown Point, Indiana. Pitiful form, i have no clue how i did that much with such terrible technique...

  • Like I said earlier, nobody cares. I use sumo grip because I have long arms and a long torso therefore It shortens the distance I have to pull the barbell. Have you ever even lifted weights a day in your life? Doubtful. Why don't you go back to hiding behind your computer and do what you do best, being a keyboard warrior. Next time think before you make idiotic comments on my videos.

  • @vrabel300 Nice man 220 kg is a huge pull conventional for a 148er. Trust me I know lol I'm in the class and my best raw, conventional is around 204 kg. Great job dude! What's your max up to now?

  • dont listen to the haters man, they're only hating cause you're stronger then they are "oh sumo is gay, oh you have an erector shirt, a belt isnt raw" fuck em all man, they can talk when they post a 3x+ bodyweight deadlift! keep on training hard man, and the technique wasnt toooooo bad lol you could have got your hips a bit lower to start the lift but regardless it went up

  • Regardless of how he get the weight up, he still gets it. I could give a crap if he lifted it with his brain!! I bet he placed well in the meet off of that one lift alone!

  • sumo grip appears easier but choosing it all really depends on your body. I lost the link, but what he says is correct. you choose the type of dead lift you do depending on height, torso length, arm length and some other stuff and then you do some dividing ratio stuff and choose which is the best for you.
