  • That's one of the reasons I don't like the CPR seat!

  • i was just in a minor car accident just a week ago , the car slide out and we slammed into the dividers on each side of the road 2 times and then cam to a halt on the right side , the road was full of ice, when i got in the car i sat in the back and i tightened my seat belt because the car is old and has the kind of belts that don't give u any slack no matter what, i would have hit my head really hard many times if is wasn't for the seat belt doing it's job!!! u got to wear it no matter what!!!

  • ambulances are deadly now, they are cheaply made. a few years ago when they had the big ambulances, I rode in one they were heavy, safe, and they were so soft on their ride it was making fall asleep. its great for when ppl are in pain for it to be soft. however lately Mercedes makes ambulances now, and I rode in one, the suspension is so hard, its like a race car, all the equipment shakes, and every bump u hear a thud, and the wheels vibrating, be terrible if u were in pain or spine comprimised

  • @EvilThingsNme after a certain speed seat belts become just as deadly as the car, they can cut you BADLY, cause massive internal injury. thats why the new cars, have pretensioners, and then during the rapid decel of an accident, it is loosening them many times a second to stop them doing the above damage.

  • @RCEMS513 mmhhmmmm, we had a similar crash here in Cali, I was riding Code 3 with PD to the scene as a Ride Along and came up to a fucked up crash the 2 Ambulance guys in the back were the most injured the most injured was the CPR seat, he was rushed code to hospital in Critical Condition and major Head Injury. He Made a full recovery though.

  • @jeibarra2 lol yeah right... :) but i think you understood i was kidding :D

  • @AnewF0und i dont think we have a choice.. we have to do it , ha ha

  • ...No longer i will perform CPR while being drived code 3!! :P

  • Seat belt and a HELMET...... please.....

  • I'm very sorry for your loss. Unfortunately it's these types of accidents that you pass on the highway, or may even be involved in that really shows you that seat belts save lives. Again sorry for your loss, and even though I didn't know your friend, R.I.P.

  • i was in a fatal accident two weeks back where a friend of mine who was driving died on impact, the car 360d laterally then rolled several times before stopping right side up. the car was a wreck but thanks t the seat belts 4 out of the 5 of us walked away, the seatbelts gave usminor cuts but it was way better than being thrown from the car or tossed around like a rag in a tumble dryer

if we hadn't been wearing them we'd be dead for sure

    Please everyone Belt up

I'm living proof it saves lives
